As sponsors of the Rugby League Championships and partner of the England team during this year’s Rugby League World Cup it’s been a busy few months for the Kingstone Press team.

The sales team has worked hard all year to ensure Kingstone Press is stocked across the championship clubs and listed locally at major supermarkets.

Social media feedback from fans also confirms all three flavours of Kingstone Press are proving popular with the rugby league crowd.

The Championship season culminated in the end of season dinner at Leeds Elland Road Stadium, celebrating the heroes of the sport. Players, chairmen and officials enjoyed a range of cider cocktails designed by Kingstone Press and a team of mixologists. Guests also left with the limited edition Rugby League World Cup commemorative Kingstone Press glass.

Aston Manor Cider Managing Director, Gordon Johncox, praised the team at the Rugby Football League and the clubs for embracing Kingstone Press into the sport.

Championship Finals Day

Championship Finals Day is the hotly anticipated date the Rugby League Championship calendar. Four teams battle it out to become league winners from both the Championship and Championship 1.

For Kingstone Press, sponsors of both leagues, this was an important opportunity to make the day one to remember for fans.

To add theatre to the day and maximise sponsorship opportunities bespoke branding was created for the Kingstone Press Cider corporate box, a Fan Zone created for attendees to test their Rugby League skills, half time on-pitch competitions to win cider prizes and dedicated social media feeds to keep fans who couldn’t attend on the day updated.

With only a matter of weeks to go finals preparations are in place to maximise Kingstone Press’ partnership with the England team.

The opening ceremony takes place at Cardiff’s Millennium stadium on October 26th. We wish the England team good luck for the tournament.
