The Leigh Sports Village will play host to Finals day on Sunday September 29, when six teams will compete in three finals, and the new venue for 2013 is set to provide fans with a first class stadium experience.

Kingstone Press will be creating a dedicated Fan Zone at the stadium providing pre-match entertainment where fans can test their Rugby League skills on a number of different challenges with prizes on offer for the fan who top the charts.

Kingstone Press will also be crowing their ‘King of the Fans’ on the day which will end the cider producer’s season-long search for the Championships’ most dedicated fans, while on-pitch entertainment and crowd competitions will also run across the course of the day helping to create excitement and atmosphere at the ground.

The title sponsors have put heavy investment into making the culmination of the season one to remember.

And through working closely with the RFL, Kingstone Press Cider is encouraging fans from all clubs to come and celebrate the season, not just those with clubs in the finals.

Gordon Johncox/Glen Friel, Kingstone Press said: “We want to create something special for the loyal fans as they spend all season supporting their clubs and sharing in the highs and the lows. Final’s Day is a chance for fans from all clubs to come together to show their support for the sport. We want to give the Championships something to look forward to at the end of the season.

“For us this year has been an incredible introduction to the sport and we’ve been overwhelmed by the support clubs and fans have shown us. This is our chance to give something back and make Final’s Day 2013 a day to remember.”
