We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join the team based at Aston. The role is dedicated to production related training, this includes ensuring that operator SOPs are developed according to best practice and continuous improvement. Knowledge of the drinks packaging sector is desirable, but a manufacturing background is essential to be considered for the role.   

Our ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching and mentorship programs. Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development, is also essential.

Requirement and skills

• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
